Shipping/Returns & FAQs


We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. Sales tax will be applied for purchases in North Carolina.

Since all items are handmade and most are made to order, we do not accept cancellations on placed orders.

Coupon Codes:

From time to time I will offer coupon codes in my shop. Please make sure you enter your coupon code prior to your purchase, and that it is loading correctly before you pay. I cannot refund missed coupon codes after your purchase.


All of our items made to order. Current turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks from purchase to ship date. We are very flexible - if you need an item faster than this, please contact us BEFORE purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, it will be shipped using the following services:

United States orders
We ship the following ways:

  • USPS First Class Shipping,which includes a tracking number.
  • USPS Priority Mail, which includes a tracking number AND shipping insurance.

International Orders
We ship USPS First Class International Mail. The delivery time varies per country, and can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive, depending on your customs and postal delivery service. You are responsible for any custom charges that may be incurred from your country when your item arrives. This includes Delivery Confirmation to select countries (Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland).

You can also upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International (delivery time on this service is 6-10 days in most major markets). Your shipping costs also include shipping insurance. Insurance is not available for packages being shipped to: Afghanistan; Algeria; Angola (Cabinda); Belarus; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Burma; Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast); Croatia; Cuba; Democratic Republic of the Congo; Greece; Iran; Iraq; Jordan; Liberia; Libya, Moldova; Montenegro; Nigeria; North Korea; Paraguay; Republic of the Congo (Zaire); Serbia; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sri Lanka; Sudan; Syria; Togo; Yemen; Zimbabwe, or any other country that is or may become embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)


I only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please make sure the shipping address you want to use is correct before checking out.
    We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Shipping insurance does come with the priority mail option.
      Items are packaged in our Diamonds and Coal signature packaging, and sent in either a sturdy bubble mailer, or box depending on the size of your shipment.


        Refunds & Exchanges:

        My goal is your happiness with your transaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me with your concerns within 3 business days of receiving your item. As each of our items are made to order we do not allow cancellations at this time. However, we may be able to assist you in changing your order to better suit your wishes. While we do not accept returns at this time, exchanges will be granted on a case by case basis. I appreciate your business and will work with you to resolve your situation!

        Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable, as they are made to your specifications.
